Deliriously Insane and Delicious Eye Candy!!!
"Fifty-one, Forty-nine and a half" is a term used in law enforcement here in California to describe someone who is just a little off, eccentric, and kind of weird. They aren't full blown crazy legally at 5150, but they are definitely close ;)
Art is my passion. It is what I love to do more than anything else. After years of being a 911 dispatcher and using art as my de-stressor, I decided to leave and start making a more colorful impact on the world. And since my rescue boxer dogs inspire me every day and bring me the joy and happiness only the unconditional love of a dog can, I use my artwork to help fundraise for animal rescues. Whether it be donating part of my shop sales for a month, creating custom artwork for auctions or gifting pieces to generous donors.
I love creating. I love being an artist. I finally feel like I am doing what I was put on this Earth to do.
Someone once described one of my paintings as "deliriously insane eye candy" because there was so much going on color wise. I feel like every piece I do has a little bit of that quality going on. Whether it be the breath of colors, the tiny details you can catch with each fresh glance, or simply the dark humor behind some of the pieces.
I want my art to catch attention. I want it to bring a smile to your face every time you look at it. I want people to enjoy it as much as I enjoy making it.

I put my heart & soul into each piece in hopes of giving it unique beauty. I want to bring a little joy. Maybe a smile. I want to keep your eyes locked on the piece, unable to look away. And when you do look again, you notice something new each time.

Care instructions
Boxer Statues:
Be careful when taking any piece out of the packaging. In particular, the boxer statues. Resin can easily break if dropped. The ears on these guys are particular fragile. Keep in mind also that the statues are not meant to be placed outside or exposed to weather.
Designer Art Toys:
Do not pull the toy out of the box by the head. Grab it from the stand and pull it out of the box that way. If the head comes loose or any other part for that matter over time, feel free to contact me for care instructions particular to the piece.
Custom Boxes/Woodworking:
Do not keep box in a place where it will be exposed to high temperatures or steam (like from a shower). It may cause 'bubbling'.
