I WANT YOU TO KNOW: My banners are made from lightweight paper cardstock. The banners are a great decoration to hang for your indoor event. If you feel a lightweight paper cardstock may be too thin or delicate for your needs, and as much as I would love your business, it is more important to me that you find another vendor that uses the sturdier and heavier cardstock you want for your banners.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
By USPS 1st Class Mail OR USPS 2-3 Day Priority (2+ banners).
Due to the pandemic, there may be a delay of an additional 2-4 days for Priority and 3-7 days for 1st Class Mail. Priority Mail comes with $50 insurance and a tracking number. As a reminder, the expected delivery day is an estimate and not guaranteed.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED? DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
If I don't hear from you with a question I need answered.
If I can't meet your deadline.
I do not accept rush orders.
USPS TRACKING STATUS READS "LABEL CREATED, NOT YET IN SYSTEM"
This means that USPS has not yet scanned the item. I drop off your order in the drop box located inside the post office the day that you receive notice that your order has shipped. There have been instances where it doesn't get scanned until a day or two after it is dropped off.
USPS TRACKING SHOWS MY ORDER IS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT IN MY POSSESSION.
Contact your local USPS Office or your USPS Mail Carrier that delivers to your address to see if there is a delay. Ask family members that live in your residence. If you live in an apartment complex, check with your neighbors or the Main Office for your package. I WILL DEFER TO THE TRACKING INFO PROVIDED BY USPS.
IF YOU SUSPECT THEFT OF YOUR PACKAGE.
Please call USPS 1-877-876-2455.
You should also contact your Local Law Enforcement. Stealing. Tampering or opening mail addressed to someone else is a Federal Offense. Please provide me with a copy of the claim you filed with USPS and the Police Report. Please note, that I will also send a letter to the USPS Postmaster for your location for verification. I will refund once everything is in order.
If the Mail Carrier delivers to your Front Door/Porch, PLEASE make sure it can be left in a safe location or ask a trusted neighbor or friend to keep an eye out for your delivery.
HOW WILL MY BANNER ARRIVE?
All my banners are pre-strung and you will have the ability to adjust the spacing between the letters as desired. Just take it out of the package carefully and adhere to the wall with tape or thumbtacks.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BANNERS?
I am not making custom banners at this time. The only customization I am accepting is the addition of a name or age on some specific banners.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
My banners are made from lightweight paper cardstock and scrapbook paper and would be a perfect decoration for your indoor event. Each listing will describe the paper I use. If you feel a lightweight paper cardstock may be too thin or delicate for your needs, and as much as I would love your business, it is more important to me that you find another vendor that uses the sturdier and heavier cardstock you want for your banners.
WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE? DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
All my items are made in my smoke-free and pet-free home studio.
No. I do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
