Welcome to 53 Countesses! We are closing our shop on Etsy and we are having a big sale!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

My clients satisfaction is very important to me, so if you are not happy with the item, please contact me within 3 days after receiving it and I'll be happy to exchange it for another or refund you (except shipping costs), depending on the situation. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: I use regular mail to lower costs (NO tracking). You can choose also registered mail (with tracking number) or urgent mail, depending on your needs. Choose at check out.

SHIPPING TIMES: Regular & Registered mail: 12/18 days to US/Canada; 5/10 days to Europe, 15/20 days to Australia. URGENT mail: 48 hours delivery after production.

- I ship orders within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase.

- If you need your order before these times, please select the urgent shipping option at check out. With urgent shipping approximate delivery times are: 2-3 days to US / Canada / Europe and 2-4 days to the rest of the world. Carrier is DHL, leave your phone number in notes to seller. Convo me if you have doubts.

- For registered shipping I use Spanish post, this means you can track it online at www.correos.es until it leaves Spain and then with the same number in your local post website.
- Once it gets to you it requires a signature. If nobody's home, the postman leaves a notice for you to pick it up at the post office or to arrange a redelivery.
- If nobody claims the package for 15 days, it's sent back to me. Once I get it I will contact you to see what happened and I'll be glad to send it again. The cost of this second shipping should be paid by the customer before I send it. There won't be a refund for items unclaimed and returned.

What if I don't get my package?
- Please write to me if your package doesn't seem to arrive in estimated time so we can solve it together. I keep the receipt with me for any inconvenience. Please don't mark neutral or negative feedback before contact me for your package! Thanks.

- Some countries may charge customs fees, which are responsability of the buyer.

PACKAGING: I am not gift wrapping orders right now, even when in some outdated descriptions may say so. If you need a gift box convo me.

I'll be happy to receive a custom order, please convo me and I'll do my best to achieve the perfect piece for you!

Take good note of the measures of each piece. Often, things look bigger in pictures (I use to take a big close up for you to see every detail). In order to avoid disappointments, I publish detailed measures of everything and try to include pictures of the piece being wore or in my hand, to get scale.

Packaging is a sturdy gift box. It comes with our card and jewelry care instructions inside.
If you want the box to have some special ornament, color or card, please let me know and I'll do my best to do it.

Please note that my jewels are NOT WATERPROOF. The only jewels you can shower with are solid gold or solid sterling silver, and even in these cases they need a restoration from time to time to bring their luster back. Even though I sell some sterling silver pieces, I do not recommend showering with them. These are delicate pieces and you should take good care of them, it only takes a minute to take them off before the shower and putting them on after! :)
Permanent use of jewels is not recommended either. I am not responsible for damage to a piece that has been exposed to a permanent use for long periods of time or to irresponsible wear (this includes using it at sleeping, showering, gym, or letting childs play with it).
"Plated" pieces turn to loose luster or color over time. This time will depend on the care you give to the pieces. If you have a problem with this, I recommend you choose gold filled or sterling silver pieces instead, which last as new for years.
