She has a really great techniques PDF if you're not sure what stitch she's talking about, they work up quickly and they're really cute. -

Registered post is available for an additional $6.00. This means you get a signature on delivery, and insurance for loss or damage.
Pack and track post is available for an additional $6.00. This means you can track the parcel online, but has no insurance.
Unfortunately Australia Post doesn’t offer a service with both tracking and insurance/signature.
