Hi there! We specialize in custom made handstamped gifts and keepsakes. We handstamp by the letter and craft a unique piece each and every time. Handstamping can occasionally leave an impression on the back of any item. This is a natural part of the process, so some items may not be able to be stamped on both sides unless offered. We understand the timeliness of a gift for yourself or a loved one and will create and ship as quickly as we can. Once orders are placed, they can be cancelled within an hour. We have very quick turn around time to ensure we get your item to you quickly. Cancellations will not be given for any other reason. Please double check your shipping address to ensure items get to you quickly. 5 Stones Designs cannot be held responsible for orders marked delivered, or orders in which the incorrect address was provided. Buyer will need to purchase another shipping label if their item is returned to us. If there is an issue with your order - we do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges - BUT - Please let us know within 5 days of delivery if there is an issue in case we can be of assistance.

Shipping
*Address: Please double check the shipping address entered for your order. If packages are shipped back to our shop due to an address error, we will have to ask that you pay another shipping fee so that we can resend your order to the correct address.
* Deliveries: Once an item leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee USPS timelines. First class mail is typically delivered 2-5 days from shipment. We guarantee the turnaround time (as found in our shop announcement), but we are unable to guarantee delivery once USPS takes possession of the package.
Customs/VAT/Import Taxes
Buyer is responsible for any customs, VAT, or import charges for their respective countries. Etsy policy and shop policy requires the buyer to know the requirements of their customs department and any fees incurred. We are unable to refund orders because of any import fees. Etsy also prohibits “forced returns” due to non payment of customs fees.
