30.04.2023: The teal DESTINY necklace is on it's way to me since yesterday! I will prioritize shipping out all of the pre-orders once they arrive next week!

* The new Jonghyun "Star sign" necklace is funding until May 31st 2023

*She is necklace will stay up for sale until May 20th

No shipping to Germany:

Because of the German packaging rules I can't ship to Germany for the time being. Any new orders will be canceled or put on hold or refunded.

SHIPPING: I ship every Friday except Holidays.



EMAILS:

- Emails will be answered between Monday-Friday until 5pm Norway time.

1. No refund without tracking

Why?

Because the postal service is responsible for delivering packages and they will not refund anyone without tracking = showing that the package is actually lost.

2. No refund/cancelation on pre-orders

Why?

Because pre-orders are needed to fund an item and any cancelations will delay or cancel the production as a whole. Sometimes partial/half of the production costs are already paid and therefore cannot be refunded.

If you are unsure about purchasing, please wait for the product to be funded and to come in stock.


3. No returns/cancelations

Why?

As a non-profit hobby store I often do not have the funds to refund anyone because I run a store that is based on and depend on funds from pre-order items. I fund items and I order them not having much money left. The rest goes into paying for shipping, customs/taxes (25%), jewelry samples, packaging, paper, ink, gift bags, business cards, sticker labels and so on.


4. Non delivered packages that's been returned to me will be re-sent on buyers expence or I will refund you for the item costs.
