5M Creations started due to my love of party throwing for my kids and loved ones. I started creating on a much smaller scale and became inspired by so many amazing blogs out there to start my own business. 5M Creations has grown to include TONS of party themes and products. I am a mom to 4 kids...a beautiful daughter, twin boys, and the baby of the family (another boy). I love creating fun, playful party spaces for my own kids and loved ones. This love turned into a business creating parties just for you.
Shop policies
I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what I can to make that happen. ALL of my items are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. My goal is to make your party throwing simpler with cute, fun, and easy to use decor.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of my digital products I do not offer refunds once a file has been received. If it is a custom order refunds will not be given once order has been started. Please message me if you have a concern and I will try me best to help you find a solution.
Payment
Items will not be shipped until payment is received. Custom orders will not be made until payment received.
Shipping
Shipping(email) times for a custom order will vary. I will discuss the timeline with you when a custom order request is made. This time line purely depends on the number of orders at the time the order is place, number of items ordered, and date of party. Orders are not necessarily processed in order received.
I will by default always ship to your paypal address. Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate. If you need to ship to another address you must send me a message with a specific request at the time of order.
Most non digital items ship via First Class Mail unless previous shipping arrangements have been made. If you would like to purchase insurance please let me know. I try to get shipping as exact to actual cost as possible. There are no intentional price increases made by this store.
Local buyers- Shipping will be refunded if items are hand delivered.
I am not responsible for shipping times once they leave my hands. I can only give you the estimate of the shipping provider. I do my best to ship in a timely manner and give you the most accurate time frame possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Printed colors may vary from one printer to another and with different types of paper. 5M Creations is not responsible for color variations. I print on a high quality color laser printer a sample of the colors for the digital party items to make sure that the color shown is accurate.
We suggest having your items printed at a professional printer like Office Depot, Kinkos or Fedex. High quality color laser printing on 100lb or heavier card stock will result in the best quality images.
I offer printing services at a cost of $1.50 per printed sheet. Please message me for more info.
CUSTOM WORK: If you need custom changes made to a file please let me know up front. There may be an additional charge and possibly longer turn around time depending on your needs. I am happy to make a change or 2 to your invitation or personalized files after you receive them if needed. That is not considered custom. Anything more than 1-2 changes may be. Thank you for understanding.
