Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $99 to the lower 48 states. Please note free shipping is for our store only and does not include items from other Etsy shops.
We will select the most economical carrier for orders qualifying for free shipping which could include either USPS or FedEx. If you have entered a PO Box and the most economical carrier is FedEx we contact you for a physical address to qualify for free shipping.
I have $99 in my cart but not receiving free shipping, why?
Please check the following if you believe you should be receiving free shipping but are not.
1. Refresh cart to account for sold out items.
2. Double check that your total does not include items from other Etsy shops. The $99 subtotal must be from our shop only.
2. Check your subtotal. Your order must reach $89 after applied discounts and before sales tax.

Do you offer tax exempt orders?
No, we do not. You may contact Etsy support to inquire about a sales tax refund.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We do not offer bulk discounts in our Etsy shop. However, we do offer a 5% bulk discount on our website. Shop5thStreet.com
Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges but we do accept returns of unopened items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are not refunded.
My package has not arrived, now what?
You should have received an email with your tracking number so you can check if it is delayed in transit.
Please note DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. We do not replace or refund packages delayed in transit. If packages arrive after your product is of use you may return it for a full refund. Packages are considered lost in transit after 30 days. Appropriate action will be taken at that time to remedy the situation.
Delivery estimates are based on transit time and does not include order processing time, which typically takes 24-36 hours with the exception of busy times. Processing times may be delayed due to insufficient address, changes made by customer or inventory issues.
I received an incorrect item, now what?
If you received an incorrect item or have a missing item please contact us on Etsy. We will be glad to correct the mistake by sending a new item when available or issuing a refund. Please note we do not refund items due to color, material or style preference. Customers will need to submit a return for those items.
