2 out of 5 starsPretty annoying. So I pay for and download the template (I have used canva before) and my daughter loves it. I get everything edited and go to download the image and I have to pay another $2.50 to use the background. Now there's a free background image with the template that doesn't have the water color splash. But that image is not listed in Etsy nor is it the one my daughter wanted. So I had to pay for this template twice basically. Not really happy about that at all.

Hi Nicole, I’m so sorry this felt frustrating — that’s never my intention. I do include a note in the listing photos that some graphics may require Canva Pro, since those specific elements are licensed directly through Canva to support the original creators. I also include a version within the template that uses free graphics, so customers have the option to avoid any additional Canva costs if they prefer. I truly try to be transparent about that in the listing photos and description. I appreciate you sharing your feedback, and I’m always happy to help if any clarification is needed.
