everything started from matching eyes and yarns

I have been in this business since 2007. I can't believe it's been so long!

When I first started, I was just a mom trying to crochet some stuff toys for my babies, well.. they are 10 and 12 years old now, not babies anymore, but at that time I was trying to make something for them, keepsakes, you know, then I found out that my local store only carried certain eyes, like brown and black, with 12mm and 15mm only. So I started to search and search and finally this shop was started by this crazy mom trying to match eyes and yarns for the lovely amigurumi and over stock eyes!! =)

I am so thankful that my business has been growing because of you! You try to make something for your kids/ friends/ relatives/ and other people and you try to make them happy, surprise them by using your very own hands!! I hope the person who finally receive your gift and appreciate it! These are all lovable memories to have in our life. I am glad I am part of it.

Again, thanks for your support, business, and friendship for all these years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

If I ship a wrong product, or the shipment is broken in process. Please attach a photo in the email about your product. Without sending picture, I WILL NOT do any refund or exchange.

TRACKING is required on a returned package.

If the tracking provided as "Delivered", I will not reship or refund if you do not get your package. Please consult your postal office first, let them know their workers lost your package!!!

I will NOT REFUND and RE-SHIP the packages to ARGENTINA, TURKEY and ISRAEL and ITALY if the packages are lost in the shipment. I have done my part here by shipping them out. Once it's in the post office, it's out of my hands. I have shipped to these countries in the past and have experienced negative results. ▲ I, no longer able to ship to Brazil due to high volume of packages were lost. If you have purchased from me before, I will continue to provide service to you. If you are new customers from Brazil, sorry that I really can't keep taking the lost and refund/reship.

All hand painted eyes are designed and hand-painted by me. I ONLY use NON-TOXIC and LEAD-FREE paint. All paint are made in USA.

Hand painted eyes are made to order. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 DAYS EXTRA for delivery.
