I ordered two items from this shop and I received the charms and I figured the beads may have been packaged separately....NOPE. I never received the beads and the seller is claiming they were delivered but they were not. That was pretty low down and deceitful especially being that the order was for a custom piece. Seller is refusing to assist when he she be fully aware that I never received the beads that he never sent. I really feel like I’m losing my mind because there is nowhere that these beads could possibly be because I have one item and not the other. Etsy protects these people when they have no solid knowledge of what was sent. I got duped and scammed and I advise others to NOT use this sneaky Etsy seller.

NOT Round NOT 8mm. Inconstant sizes 6-8mm none are truly round.

After working many years in the restaurant and hospitality field, I grew tired and old of being in a physical work environment. After spending my entire day at work, i only have a few hours left in my day. I needed to spend more time with my family and children, so off to the internet I went. Always having a passion towards custom art, and jewelry I created 615supply. Being from the nashville area, 615 represents music city. I struggled often with finding beads, pendants and charms for my own jewelry creations for friends and family. I hope to make it easy for you, as I can provide the hardest part of the operation, good QUALITY supplies.

Our products are not toys and not suitable for children. Even since Etsy changed the back end they auto filled a lot of our products and some of them even been put in the wrong material or category. We are fixing them now but if you have any questions please let us know.
Return Policy
Please contact us in 7 days and send them back in 14 days for a full refund minus shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping charge or damanges. Please make sure the beads are in the original condition(if the beads were send on strands please make sure they are send back on the strands). Custom engraved charms are not refundable.
