PLEASE allow at least 15-18 business days for all custom orders to be made shipped. These items are assembled with utmost care, the best products on the market, and are made just for your order! If you need something shipped quicker, please convo me!
All convo's are returned within 48 hours, usually sooner, but please know you will receive an answer to any questions within that time period!

All sales are FINAL on personalized and custom work as these items were completed specifically for the customer requesting them. If an item is something that I can potentially restock, then I will consider a return. Customer agrees to pay for return shipping. THIS OPTION WILL BE DETERMINED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

Payment
I accept Credit/Debit Payments through PayPal, Money Orders, & Certified Check. (You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with your Credit or Debit) Those wishing to send a money order or certified check must do so before item will be shipped. Contact me for address.

PLEASE make sure your ETSY shipping address is correct. I ship to your ETSY address, not your PAYPAL.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 4 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE AS WE CANNOT PROVIDE TRACKING WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY WE ALSO CANNOT DETERMINE HOW LONG AN ITEM WILL TAKE TO ARRIVE OUTSIDE THE US! PLEASE make note before ordering. Thank you!
Banners and Signs ship USPS Priority Mail. I send all other items USPS First Class unless requested otherwise. I do sometime upgrade order to priority USPS/Fed Ex/ or UPS to make sure your order is delivered on time.
Once a package is mailed and I have marked it as shipped, I am not responsible. If you wish to buy insurance please tell me before I mail your package!
If the item is listed as free shipping, then this applies to U.S. shipping destinations only.
