6catsart does not give refunds but an exchange for an item or a shop credit can be arranged for a 'one time' exchange only for an item of equal or lesser value.

In order to qualify for a shop credit the buyer must convo 6catsart within three days business days of receiving the item(s). Within fourteen business days of the buyer contacting 6catsart regarding credit for an order the item(s) must be returned to 6catsart at the buyer's expense, in the condition the buyer received the item(s).

Please note every computer monitor displays colors differently; monitor color, contrast, and brightness settings of individual computers vary. The true color of the artwork you receive may vary from the color on your computer monitor.

The dimensions of each artwork is listed in each description, please check that the size is suitable before purchasing an item. Staged items shown are for display purposes only and are not included in the sale of the item.

6catsart does not accept personal checks or money orders.

PayPal deposit of payment into 6catsart bank account can take up to six business days. Orders are not shipped until full payment has been deposited into my 6catsart bank account.

6catsart reserves the right to cancel a sale if payment is not received within five business days. Any items not paid for within five business days may be re-listed.

6catsart reserves the right to cancel any order at any time by any customer deemed by 6catsart to not be ordering or purchasing items in good faith from the 6catsart shop.

Orders are professionally packaged and shipped to the address you provide on your etsy invoice/receipt unless you specify another address when you place your order.

Orders are shipped (using Canada Post) within three business days after PayPal has deposited payment in 6catsart bank account.

Any additional costs such as customs fees, duty fees, applicable taxes, etc. on any items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's import policies and restrictions before placing an order additional all individual country policies and restrictions are the buyer's responsibility.

If a valid claim (by etsy convo only for non-delivery - estimated time of arrival below must have lapsed before making a claim and non-delivery confirmation by Canada Post must be confirmed by Canada Post) is made with 6catsart for an order not recieved by a customer 6catsart will refund the buyer after receiving payment by the Canada Post Insurance Coverage.
