I have never left a 1 star review for anyone on Etsy. But I am very disappointed. I had this for 4 days when the chain broke off. I mailed back at their request, I had to pay shipping and go out and buy another collar for the cat because she wears a bell so she does not sneak up on our dog. Then after I mailed told me that I should not have mailed it to them in an envelope. (Which I sent a photo in first email and did not comment until after mailed) I waited hoping maybe the seller would have thrown something extra in the return package for my trouble or double freight. But nothing. I hope this lasts more then another 4 days. Too expensive to be that delicate.

Please physically measure your pets actual neck with a measuring tape by snugging tape tight without putting any fingers underneath and give me that number without adding or taking away. That is the only measurement needed or collar may be too big.
1. Please do not measure a collar in any shape or form, (flat on table, etc.)
physical neck only.
Our collars inside measured circumference when closed will match your given size for a perfect fit. Thanks so much.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my cat losing her collar Arrg!
Not all cats will wear a collar for the first time with no problem at all, however for most it takes a bit of getting used to. The first time you put it on, they may manage to get it off fairly quickly. So for the first few times, put it on when they are inside and you are there to watch them. Distract them from the unfamiliar feeling with a toy or treats. This also rewards them for keeping it on. If they are clearly finding the collar annoying and cannot be distracted, take it off. Next time try and keep it on a little longer. Eventually they won't be bothered by it at all and you can then leave it on permanently.
How do I measure for your collars?
Some shop owners require you lay a collar flat and measure the length. Practical right? Actually no. Here's why. All collars are not the same thickness (nylon, thick leather etc.) therefore if laid flat for all you will end up with different sizes . This is why we require you to measure with a soft tape the actual neck and not the collar for a much more professional sizing. (sort of like a tailored suit) You will then have no problem with sizing. (if any doubt read reviews)
