All sales are final unless warranty is presented. If you are returning an item(s) you will be charged shipping fees. Warranty must be verified through either issued number or returning it with the item. A return form must be filled out before any action is taken. (for this form please contact tiffanypfeiffer [!at] yahoo.com ) You have the option of having your money refunded, replacing the item with one of equal or lesser value, or repair it if needed for free. If you choose to replace or have the item repaired a new warranty of 7 days will be issued to you and you will be responsible for the shipping fees to send it back. If problems still persist and the item is returned again you will be responsible for all shipping fees to and from and no further warrant will be issued.
If you receive your item(s) and they are damaged please send in an email (tiffanypfeiffer@yahoo.com) within the first 24 hours and we refund/replace/repair it for free and pay all shipping fees without using your warranty (if applicable). If you do not contact us within the first 24 hours after your package arrives we will not be responsible for damages that occur during the shipping process.

We here at 7ate9 Crafts will never knowingly disappoint you for any reason. All items are subject to a 6% sales tax(Excludes out of state purchases). Items over $40(sales price only/ does not include tax, shipping, or multiple items) will come with a 14 day warranty. All warranties are tracked, forging will result in a voided warranty. All sales are final unless warranty is issued. Warranties are issued per item. All purchases/shipping/taxes be paid immediately upon check out. All items are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship anywhere in the US for the flat rate of $4.95, Canada & Mexico for the flat rate of $10.95, and all other countries for the flat rate of $12.95. Purchases of large amounts of items may be subject to additional shipping rates. Items should arrived within 2-3 days of shipping.
