Most domestic parcels are ready for departure within 1-7 BUSINESS days AFTER payment is received (M-F), international shipments require up to a 10 business days to prepare. Most international shipping is done on a Saturday due to having to actually go to the post office for this.

Please be aware that the "additional shipping" not only covers the weight of the item, it covers the costs of doing business. These nominal fees include Etsy and PayPal fees, as well as materials such as packaging and NOT just the actual cost of postage.

There is no reasonable way of controlling the postal system, so please do not expect us to do so. Only very seldom does something go missing and it is through no fault of our own though we will do our beest to work with you and the situation.
