Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Because this is our "Evening" business we produce all orders between 8pm-10pm EST every night except for Friday & Saturday. Most orders will go out within 24 hours of you placing your order unless you place it between Thursday night at 10pm through Sunday at 10pm. Those orders placed on our "weekend" will be printed on Sunday night and shipped out Monday.
What is the production schedule?
We do our best to get orders out within 24-48 hours of when the order is placed. Please keep in mind this can change and we also update our current processing times in our listings. Due to the supply chain issues sometimes we have to push out production estimates if we are waiting on supplies. These updates are always adjusted in the estimated shipping times on the listings. Our goal is to always get orders out on time if at all possible!
How long does it take for delivery?
All our packages will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your package. We have no control over deliveries, please understand if your delivery is delayed or lost because of USPS, we are not responsible of it once the package is marked as delivered. If you have a package marked delivered please file a claim with ETSY for a missing package.
FREE Priority Shipping!
If your order is more than $35 (After any discounts applied) you will get FREE shipping! We don't only ship your item for free, we will update it to PRIORITY USPS for FREE! There is nothing you need to select on your end. As long as you see you are getting free shipping your order will be shipped via USPS Priority mail!
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! We can always change what a design says as long as it is replacing text that is already there. Please make sure to put in your order notes the part you want to be taken off and the text you want in its place!
If you are wanting a complete redesign that is not included in the purchase price and may require additional funds to customize your design.
