We use Greyhound bus service as an economical shipping option for some large items. This method requires you to pickup your shipment at the nearest Greyhound bus station. To ship via this method, we will require a contact number to give to Greyhound. This is used by Greyhound to contact you upon the shipment arrival. Estimated transit time is 2-14 days.

An item may be placed on hold for 24 hours.
If a longer hold time is needed, please contact us to discuss.
Note: A non-refundable deposit may be required for reserves/holds longer than 24 hours.

Payment plans may be offered on a case by case basis. Payment plans are for full price only, and not discounted offers. A non-refundable deposit may be required. In the event the payment plan is cancelled or not paid in full, a cancellation fee and a re-stocking fee will apply. Re-stocking fees are 15% of the original price. Cancellation fee is $150. Refund of payments would be in the form of store credit. Furniture pieces are final sale. Please contact us to discuss options.

All items ship with insurance.

We combine shipping. Items in our shop vary greatly in size, and so calculated shipping costs are difficult to set. For the most accurate shipping prices, please contact us with the items you would like to purchase and your shipping location.

We want our customers to be happy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.

However, if an issue arises we will review each order on a case to case basis. A re-stocking fee may apply.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If FedEx Ground offers a similar or discounted rate as USPS Parcel Ground, FedEx Ground may be substituted for shipment. Shipping overages will be refunded.
