5 out of 5 starsThis is the second scarf I have purchased from this seller. I intend to use them as shoulder wraps and hair accessories. My second order even came with a little bonus piece! (Pictured) Only one tiny suggestion for improving my experience with this shop/product - ship the item rolled on a tube so that it doesn’t show up wrinkled. It’s a minor thing but it does take away from the magic of the moment when you unwrap this beautiful silk scarf and it unfurls all wrinkled.

Art inspired by nature and ancient mystic patterns
I am a printmaker, collage artist and nature lover residing in the Austin Hill country. I make handmade paper using plant materials from my garden. I am also a photographer. Photography and artist-made paper come together very nicely in the form of solar plate etchings and multiple layers of papers. My process is very labor intensive, but made with much love. You will also see symbols and patterns introduced in many works. I create my own patterns and am fascinated with ancient symbols. I feel somehow they hold the secrets to life.
I was lucky to have lived in Japan as a little girl and that experience has deeply touched my aesthetic and outlook on life. Professionally, I have a BFA and have served as a corporate art consultant, art teacher, gallerist and marketing manager for non-profit arts organizations. Currently, my day job is far removed from art and I find I am more productive that way.
I recently added hand printed scarves to my shop. I love transforming my fine art into wearable art!
