Returns and exchange details
refunds will be made in full as long as the items are received in new, undamaged condition. the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to my shipping error or a defective product.
wholesale items cannot be returned unless something arrives damaged.
Shipping
i ship within the united states by USPS first class or priority (depending on the item) with delivery confirmation, and outside the united states by USPS international first class (delivery confirmation is not available for international first class orders). if you would like to international shipping or want to upgrade to priority or express shipping, please convo me to find out about times and additional charges.
orders within the US normally take 3-5 days and international orders vary wildly.
Additional policies and FAQs
i offer wholesale terms to buyers with a valid current resale license. i ask for a minimum order of 15 items, with a discount of 40% off my shop prices. in stock items for wholesale orders will ship within one week of the receipt of payment. custom orders may vary.
