5 out of 5 starsNice product, however, shipping was pretty expensive (almost as much as the product) and even though it wasn’t personalized, it took a long time to receive. When I inquired about when the product would arrive, no one responded but it did arrive about a week later. As other reviews stated, I would not bother personalizing this as there really isn’t room for it at the top.

3 out of 5 starsThe front of the board is beautiful and other than the grey wash being much more subtle then I was expecting the lettering was great. However considering how much I paid for shipping it came awfully slow. And with a grand total over $100 and no stain on the back was disappointing. It almost felt unfinished.

1 out of 5 starsI was so excited to get my ruler as my son has just been diagnosed with a terminal illness and I want as many physical reminders of him as possible. In my excitement, I forgot to specify the font. Rather than the shop reaching out to me to clarify, they made the decision themselves. When I finally received the ruler I was extremely disappointed in the quality (given the price) and TWO different fonts (one for each word). I could have overlooked the quality but the fonts really bother me. They do not compliment each other at all and make the whole ruler appear sloppy. I reached out to the shop several times and never received a reply. I eventually had to open a claim with Etsy in order to get them to even acknowledge me.Unfortunately for me, I didn't memorize the fine print, so I have no recourse. Learn from my mistakes!

It is unfortunate that you've chosen to share your personal story with us for the first time in this public review; making it seem like we have no sympathy for you and your family. This cannot be further from true! The only thing that was ever mentioned to us was that you did not like the fonts. We've explained in detail how and why the fonts were selected. By no means do we expect any customer to memorize "fine print". We do expect customers to read our instructions when placing and order though. We have continued to try to work things out with you for the last few days and have not received any reply. Our only option now is to respond to this review so future customers can see that we do have compassion and willingness to work with our customers!

Custom Growth Chart Ordering
When ordering a growth chart ruler please be sure to select your font choice by leaving us a note with your order. If no font is selected we will choose a font that we think looks best with the personalization you requested.
Address Change Requests
We are not responsible for packages being shipped to the incorrect address. We will ship your package to the address given to us on your order. We cannot guarantee that email requests for change of address will be processed.
Artwork Ownership
We have exclusive ownership of any/all designs we create, which includes custom designs. We have the right to share any of our designs online and via and other social media outlets. We also have the right to sell any of our designs, including custom pieces. If questions are asked to us within your order notes we will address them during the week we are working on your order.
