I have worked in a domestic apparel contractor as a pattern maker for my whole career and know it's possible to make things in this country! I am a huge advocate for all things American made and for bringing manufacturing jobs and factories back to the USA. 999 Spyglass is my personal creative outlet and I am happy to take custom orders!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Eek! Hopefully all goes well but if your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me and I will take care of replacing and facilitating the return of your item!
Payment
We accept PayPal and Etsy Checkout.
Shipping
999 Spyglass ships via USPS is calculated when you enter your destination at checkout. In the US, products usually ship via the shipping option you choose and will arrive within 3-4 business days after I send you the tracking number. Internationally, it's estimated at 7-10 business days but I do not have any control over things that get held up in Customs. Pricing includes insurance if the product is lost or arrives damaged, so please let me know if this is the case so I can file a claim and get you your product.

USPS does not always scan packages in transit so package may show up as only having the shipping label created even though it is on it's way.

I am not responsible for any Customs handling fees applied internationally. Please familiarize yourself with your country's international shipping policies prior to ordering.
