Refunds are a case by case issue, so just communicate with me and I will do everything I can to satisfy my obligations to you.

Otherwise, I ship via USPS First Class Mail, and I DO provide you with a tracking number. I try to be as fair as possible with my shipping rates...in fact, sometimes I end up spending a little more than what I charge. I try to ship the day your orders are placed, given the right time of day and my quantities on hand, and if not the same day, the next day my packages go out. Customers usually receive their orders within 2-3 days of shipping.
As for international orders, send me a message and I will create a shipping profile for your country. Make sure you check to be aware for yourself that certain countries will charge you to claim your package. Of course, just as with domestic shipping, I will be as fair as possible with your shipping costs on MY end.

If you are a company, store, boutique shop, or anything else, small or large...I would love to work with you on wholesale ordering. Contact me and we can get down to the details. Depending upon the size of your order, please allow 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. for your orders to be completed and shipped. Unless we've agreed upon something else, you must agree to keep my shop address and/or business cards with the products and must give credit to my products and brand. In return, I will do my best to accommodate you with any customer concerns or questions.
