If you're unhappy with your order, for whatever reason, trust bothers me more than it bothers you. PLEASE take a moment to send me a message and I will do everything I can to remedy the situation. I strive for quality. I use the best ingredients and try to package your items securely and handsomely, but as with all handmade items, while I try to be as absolutely consistent as possible, variations are inevitable. My goal is to make fans out of every customer...and I want to try my best to make that happen.

Refunds are a case by case issue, so just communicate with me and I will do everything I can to satisfy my obligations to you.
At this time, it's Paypal only...I tried accepting checks and was burned by it. When using the internet to sell and purchase, Paypal is really the way to go. It's safer and it protects both the buyer and the seller. If you don't have a Paypal's really easy. Head over to and follow the steps, with your banking information in takes very little time and once you're set up, shopping is easy...perhaps too easy!
I'm an impatient person, so I certainly understand the "I want what I want and I want it right now" personalities. If you're one of those people, let me know! Send me a message and I'd be happy to make arrangements so that your package arrives when you want it.

Otherwise, I ship via USPS First Class Mail, and I DO provide you with a tracking number. I try to be as fair as possible with my shipping fact, sometimes I end up spending a little more than what I charge. I try to ship the day your orders are placed, given the right time of day and my quantities on hand, and if not the same day, the next day my packages go out. Customers usually receive their orders within 2-3 days of shipping.

As for international orders, send me a message and I will create a shipping profile for your country. Make sure you check to be aware for yourself that certain countries will charge you to claim your package. Of course, just as with domestic shipping, I will be as fair as possible with your shipping costs on MY end.

Unless we've agreed upon something else, you must agree to keep my shop address and/or business cards with the products and must give credit to my products and brand.
