Shipping
♥SHIPPING TIME♥:
I will ship as soon as I receive payment, normally within 48 hours.

Your orders will be shipped from Thailand by registered air mail with tracking number provided. But some countries can not be traced on the website.

It usually takes 1-3 weeks to be delivered. Shipping time may be slightly vary due to factors such as destination, customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.

Some countries might charge custom tax due to your country's regulation. Please check your custom regulation before you make a purchase. Sorry, I can not respond for that.

♥SHIPPING INSURANCE♥:
Shipping insurance is optional, starting at $20 per package.
If you need to insure your packages,please convo me.

Once package mailed out, I do not take any responsibility for the delay, lost or damaged if not insured.

♥SHIPPING ADDRESS♥:

Sorry, I do not ship to France and Germany.

Your order will be shipped to the address specified on your Etsy order. To avoid any confusion and shipping delays, please be sure to update your Paypal address, to match your current address. While I do my best to double check shipping address's, I am not responsible an item is mailed to an invalid address.

US Customers:
You have to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If you are not at home, the post office will leave you a notice note. You can pick up your package at the local post office or call for redelivery.

However, during transit time, the data will not be updated. USPS will update the package status only when it have arrived the local post office in your area. I feel that it is reliable service and respond very well with any inquiries, but will take a little time.

Australian Customers:
Even though, you can not track your items on website. If you feel that you have wait a little too long. Please feel free to contact your Australian post. http://auspost.com.au/
Give them a call, ask for the international service section , and tell your package registered number. The records are not avaiable on the website but they have been stored on their data base. Their customer service is superb, very fast and nice.
I'm very impress with it. Please contact me by convos, in case you need to contact them directly by phone.

Singaporean Customers:
Your package status will be updated as soon as it arrive your country. The service is very reliable and you can count on.

British Customers:
I have found out that our customer service is very fast for any inquiries but not reliable. Delivery time can not be predicted. Please note, if you are not at home, they will leave you a notice. You can pick up your package at the post office or call for redelivery. Once you have received the notice, please pick up your package as soon as possible, because it will be held there for only a week, otherwise it will be sent back here. At the moment, your website can not be traced for international shipment anymore.

Spainish Customers:
It takes a little time for any update but still very good and reliable.
