Item wasn’t shipped until weeks after purchase. Once I reached out because the item hadn’t even been shipped yet and it was already past the expected delivery date, I asked for a refund, seller was not prompt with response and declined to refund the item. They instead shipped the item knowing it was well past the needed date and again refused a refund and told me to instead open a case with Etsy for refund. Once I received the item over a week later, it was a horrible quality 3D print, with holes and cracks in the item. I attempted to return +get a refund through Etsy- they also refused. I would NEVER recommend this seller, they produce low quality items, they are not trustworthy for expected shipping time (let alone delivery even remotely on time) and they don’t communicate in a timely manner. This is an untrustworthy seller.
