Returns and exchange details
Items in this shop are priced to sell so I prefer no returns. All items have sizes, descriptions, and colors clearly noted. Pictures are part of the description.

However, if something will just not work for you, contact me immediately upon receipt and we can arrange return. Shipping costs, to and from, unfortunately are not reimbursable.

FREE SHIPPING is by USPS First Class Mail for all items under $100. USPS Priority Mail upgrade is offered at checkout.

FREE insured SHIPPING on all items over $100. Shipper is of my choice. Tracking number will be emailed to you on day of shipping.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day from receiving cleared payment.

If your item is received damaged, contact me immediately. Take pictures and keep all packaging materials. File a claim directly with USPS (or other shipper) immediately. Keep your package label, it will show proof of insurance. Contact me if you need any additional information for this process. If your Priority Mail package is not received within 7 days, please contact USPS immediately. Have tracking# handy. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items, shipper is.
