Hi! I am Arianna Boccalatte and I am an architect with a strong interest in manual exploration, a passion that goes back to my childhood.
With branches fallen from the trees and old bicycle tubes, I used to build slings, bows and arrows or anything that my mind could imagine.
Today with the same passion and imagination, parallel to my job as an architect, I carry on designing and producing objects that I collect under the craftsmanship project named "AB design".

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your item you may return it unused within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping costs. I will refund your payment as soon as I receive it back.
Custom orders are not refundable.
Payment
AB design accept credit card and Paypal payments through Etsy. However, if you want to use another payment method, please feel free to send a message before placing your order.
Shipping
Please note that due to covid-19 there are some shipping restrictions. These are the countries we DON'T ship to, for the time being:
BAHAMAS, BOLIVIA, ERITREA, EQUATORIAL, GUINEA, HAITI, HONDURAS, LAOS, LIBERIA, LIBYA, MAURITANIEN, MAYOTTE, SAINT BARTHELEMY, SAINT MARTIN (french part), SAINT PIERRE AND MIQUELON, SOMALIA , SYRIA, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, VENEZUELA, YEMEN

Packages are shipped worldwide from Sweden by Postnord. Orders are shipped 1 day after you place the order.
To ensure peace of mind, please make sure your Paypal delivery address or the address given if using card payments is correct. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect information provided by customers.

The items are carefully packed.

Ab design is not responsible for any unlikely mistake in the delivery process and for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charged by their country.

Delivery time estimated: Sweden 1-2 business days; Europe 2-3 business days; Other countries 10-20 business days.

Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons.
