Messaged immediately to let them know I’ve made a mistake because I was planning on canceling the order. I told them one of these sizes have been put in wrong and they assured me that we no problem to fix that. After an extended amount of shipping time we received our order and the sizes were still not correct.

What kind of print is on your merchandise?
This is Direct to Garment printing, where the ink is sunken right into the fabric so it's not printed on top of it like vinyl so it won't peel and chip after being washed.

How do I find my size?
Comfort Colors Shirt and Gildan Sweatshirts offer a relaxed fit for lasting comfort.
For a relaxed fit, order your regular size. For an oversized trendy look size up one or two sizes.
Bella Canvas shirt is a more fitted look
-Lay a shirt or sweatshirt that fits well flat.
-Length: Measure from the top of the collar to the bottom hem.
-Width: Measure across the shirt, about an inch below the armholes.

Should I order one by one or as a group for Bachelorette or Birthday party
For group orders, we recommend purchasing everything in one checkout to ensure consistency. Separate orders may result in slight variations since each item is personalized individually.
When Can I Expect My Order ?
Processing Time: 1-4 days
During holidays, please expect delays as the number of orders are slightly higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
For orders with customization, after the design work is done, the proof begins after the approval.
Please let me know your requests clearly in the designs you want personalization. If you specify what you want to remove or add in the design, and where the personalization you want should be applied in the design, the production time will be accelerated.
