We start this shop few years ago and are very pleased so far with our customers satisfaction. We (me and my husband) try to do our best to make each piece a beautiful statement. All items from A Charmed Nest Shop are hand cut to order. When placing an order, please make sure you are purchasing a listing for the size you want and if it's a monogram, please make sure you let us know the letters you want in the "note to seller" box at the time of purchase. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Our items are made to order and hand cut. Our items are non-refundable and can not be returned. Please be sure you understand what you are ordering before you place your order. If you have any questions that are not clearly answered in the listing please contact me before purchase.

If we make a mistake on your order, like using the wrong letters, putting the letters in the incorrect order, or cutting your item a size different than you ordered, please contact us. We will be more than happy to correct our mistake and make you a new one ASAP.

I cannot be responsible for replacing an order if the wrong address or personalization was provided. Again, if it was my mistake, I will ship the correct order ASAP.
Payment
We cut each monogram to order. Orders can only be cancelled and refunded in 24 hours after the payment was made, otherwise we can't cancel the order, once we start to work on it. If we will have any questions about the order, we will message you to clarifying.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped through USPS. All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation via email! Shipping time is 2-4 business days, please make sure your address is correct and updated.

I rely on the USPS Delivery Confirmation as proof that your package has reached its destination. Delivery confirmation is included in your shipping costs; however, if you wish to purchase additional services, such as insurance, please contact me prior to placing an order so I can adjust the listing accordingly.

I cannot be responsible for replacing an order if the wrong address or personalization was provided incorrect.
