I loved the purses I ordered from Kendra. She went above and beyond to find the right beads for my order. The purses were artistically packaged and promptly shipped as well. This was my second order, and I will be placing more in the future. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you!

This has nothing to do with shipping. Example: if something takes 3-5 days, it means that I'll send it by the 5th day (earlier IF possible). For details, see individual items. For custom / personalized items, refer to the conversation between us.

7 - 21 days (Nov 15 to Jan 10 = 2-5 weeks)
Australia, New Zealand:
14 - 30 days (Nov 15 to Jan 10 = 3-8 weeks)

Shipping estimates are based on the USA postal system. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, the time of year (major holidays are slow), and the carriers' schedules.

I ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking and delivery confirmation when necessary:

I'll ship to your listed Etsy address, unless you specifically write to me through Etsy's Conversations (convo) about an address change. USE ETSY CONVO; this is for our mutual protection. Do not use personal email. I'll ship to you, the original customer, at your verified/verifiable address. I don't ship c/o (care of), anonymous gifting, or third party gifting. I don't ship to military bases, prisons or other group-style destinations.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and VAT fees that may apply. Please check your country's import fee structure before purchase so you are aware of any potential extra costs you could incur. Be aware that your country's Customs agency might delay your package, and that I cannot make them hurry up. I mark merchandise as merchandise, not as gifts.
Refunds and Exchanges
I ACCEPT APPLICABLE RETURNS (NOT PERSONALIZED)
- Contact me within 5 business days of delivery to you.
- Ship returns back to me within 14 days (postmarked) after notifying me of the return first.
- Return it as I sent it, including that it's in its original condition (that is, I can re-sell it), and in the bubble wrap and boxes as it was sent to you. Include tracking from you to me. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you (the buyer) are responsible for any loss in value.
- Applicable: one of a kind, made-to-order, customized
- NOT applicable: personalized

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
- Personalized orders
- Digital downloads

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- You must first return the item in order to get a merchandise refund. Original shipping is not refunded.
- You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you've changed your mind about keeping the item, AND it falls under the applicable returns, notify me within 5 business days of receiving it. Then, repackage as I sent it: with the item in storing box, bubble-wrapped, in mailing box, AND with tracking from you to me. Return in re-sellable, original condition within 14 days (postmarked) after notifying me.
- Your refund will arrive after I have the return in my possession. Your refund will be paid in the same manner that you paid.

I ACCEPT APPLICABLE CANCELLATIONS
- You must cancel within 24 hours (even customized / personalized)
- Your refund will be paid in the same manner you paid.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED
Because of the instant nature of these items, I can't accept cancellations for:
- Digital downloads

I DON'T ACCEPT EXCHANGES
But, I do accept applicable returns. Please see the above.

WHEN TO SEND ME AN ETSY CONVERSATION (CONVO)
Any time you have any questions of any kind, but specifically about:
- Your order
- An item I've listed
- My shop or my items in general
- Creating a custom or personalized order for you
- Damaged-in-transit items (see below)
- Not received (see below)

IF DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If the mailing package is damaged when you get it (scratches or general scuffing is not damage), take pictures of it before you open it.
- After opening your package, if the item inside is damaged, take pictures of it.
- Send all the pictures to me via Etsy convo, but hold onto the item AND all of its packaging while I investigate the issue with USPS. If necessary, you may be required to sign an affidavit of damages ahead of the return.

IF NOT RECEIVED
- Convo me about it after its furthest-out estimated delivery time (in other words, after 21 days in the USA & Canada, and after 30 days internationally; between Nov 15-Jan 10, after 35 days in the USA, and after 45 days internationally)
- If marked "delivered" by the mail carrier, ask neighbors if it was left with them; also ask your carrier which address it was delivered to
- In the meantime, I'll pursue the postal office where it was last seen
- If you think it was stolen, be prepared to sign an affidavit to that effect
PLEASE NOTE:
As the buyer, it's your responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail. Once an item has been marked as DELIVERED by the carrier, I cannot be held responsible should that item go missing. Suspected mail theft should be reported to your local post office. I'm happy to provide any information needed for the police report and / or USPS mail theft reporting.

- These items can be cancelled, but ONLY if you cancel within 24 hours

These items are NOT TOYS.

PLEASE KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 AND ALL PETS. These items have small pieces that could be a choking hazard. Not intended for children under 13. Not intended for pets at all.

PLEASE KEEP OUT OF AND AWAY FROM LIQUIDS
Don't wear the jewelry or use the charms in liquids, nor dunk/wash the ornaments in any liquid (including but not limited to water, oil and perfume). Liquids will damage the items. Instead, use a soft cloth to wipe off body oils.

Can I get anything / everything customized?

Only select items may be customized because of the materials involved. Those items that can be customized will have the clickable link requesting it.

Aren't customized and personalized the same thing?

- Customized deals with specific bead colors / color combinations used in the way you want them used.
- Personalized is putting names, initials and/or dates specific to you.

Are personalized items returnable?

No.

Are customized orders returnable?

Yes. Use the return protocol as listed above.

What is made to order?

Made to order means that I'll create the item after you order it. The photo is a representation of what you'll receive. Example: If you order the miniature spring purse, I'll create a replica of the photo.

Can I order a customized item in my team colors?

- Generalized team colors, maybe.
- If it's a trademarked or specific-to-the-team design, team logo, color or name, or anything trademarked and/or copyrighted, then NO.
