4 out of 5 starsI loved the earrings I got however when I got them the hooks were a little sharp, I messaged Rachel about the issue and she send me a replacement as well as 5 additional earrings for my bridesmaids! This blew me away! Once I get the replacements I realized that my ear reacted to the metal. I messaged Rachel again, she was extremely understanding and pleasant and issued a refund. I was not expecting such amazing service!
