Fresh encounters

I started my shop because I need to begin to show, share and sell my work as part of the ongoing process. Because I am a visual artist and a designer, my work ranges from drawings, pastels and paintings, to photography and textile design, with other art and design related works stemming from all three. So this step is providing me with a means of integrating what I do naturally, and hopefully gaining some sense of how to continue growing and creating. Art and design practices are ways of being that generate fresh encounters in ways of seeing.

Payment
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

I accept payments by PayPal, credit cards, money orders and personal checks. If
you pay via a check and money order, your items will ship when payment clears.

HOW DO I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?

Etsy processes credit card payment through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal
account to pay by credit card. When you check out, click "Pay," then click on the
"Don't Have a Paypal Account?" link to go to the credit card processing page. PayPal offers industry-leading security measures and buyer protection.

HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE?

If you have a promo or coupon code, enter it on the cart page, right before you check out. Simply click on the blue text located right above the item total (and below the credit card images), and enter the code. If you have any questions, contact me.

DO YOU OFFER YOUR ITEMS AT WHOLESALE PRICES?

I am glad to work with brick and mortar retailers, and in some cases online

Shipping
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

I am currently using the USPS and ship via FCM and Priority Mail. Express Mail service is available up[m request.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

Artwork on paper is sandwiched between archival tissue paper, then placed securely either a sturdy flat, cardboard mailing package, or a square mailing tube.

Artwork on canvas is wrapped in bubble wrap, or foam, then placed securely within a sturdy flat, cardboard mailing package.

Photographs and prints are placed within an archival sleeve, then placed securely in a sturdy photo mailer or rolled safely inside a square mailing tube.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I ship all orders within 1 week of finalized purchase. Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on customs. Custom orders are fulfilled on demand and will take longer.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your
order ships. The notification will be sent to your PayPal address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINTS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED?

If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the
package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery
date. If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact me so that I can assess the situation further.

If your print arrives damaged, snap a photograph, email it to me, and I'll be happy
to replace it.
Refunds and Exchanges
MAY I HAVE A REFUND?

I am glad to provide a full refund or exchange for goods in their original
condition provided you contact me within 15 days of your purchase.
