4 out of 5 starsI ordered this item on May 13th, and got it on May 25th. So it was a little slow to get here, but the cup was just like the picture! Exactly what I was expecting and it will make a nice gift for my teacher!

4 out of 5 starsThe heart on the mug I got was red instead of pink and the outlining wasnt around the letters so it didn't look as good as the picture but it was a Christmas gift so I couldn't return it. My mother in law did like it though.

3 out of 5 starsI ordered 4. They are personalized so shipping took 2 weeks. They are nice quality and weight, and the rim is not too thick. However, after shipping was applied, they cost $30 each, which is excessive for a cup which is not fine china.
