Welcome! ♥ I am a wife, mommy, and first grade teacher! I am the cupcake and teacher-author behind A Cupcake for the Teacher, where I design resources for teachers. DIGITAL ITEMS: Due to the digital nature of announcements, invites, etc., I cannot accept any cancellations or refund requests once a proof or final file has been sent to you. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so right away.

STICKERS: If you wish to adjust or cancel your order, please do so right away. I do not accept returns or exchanges once a sticker order has shipped.

**If you have an issue with your order, PLEASE contact me and I will address it immediately!**
Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal & Direct Checkout. Once your payment has cleared, one of the following will occur:
*You will receive a download link for instant downloads,
*I will begin working on your custom order. You will receive a proof within TWO days {i.e. if your order is placed on a Monday, you will have a proof by end-of-day Wednesday}.
Shipping
My shop items are DIGITAL files. Instant downloads are available as soon as payment has cleared. Proofs for custom orders will be sent via Etsy within TWO days {i.e. if your order is placed on a Monday, you will have a proof by end-of-day Wednesday}. Your final print will be emailed to you at the email address you have on file.

NO physical product will be mailed.
Additional policies and FAQs
All digital items in my shop are high-resolution {300 DPI} JPEG files. Send them to your favorite photo lab for printing, or print them at home!

I am currently accepting custom orders. Please send me a message via Etsy PRIOR to purchasing anything.
