What are you gonna do with all of this?

That was the question that started my Etsy journey. I make stuff - A LOT of stuff - Natural soaps, scents, bath fizzes and soaks, perfumes, jewelry, hand-dyed fine silk and blended linens, scarves and wearables, hand-woven wool rugs, varied fiber crochet items, liqueur mixes, spoon fudges, specialty jams, journals, slumped and fired glass and whatever else might inspire a manic fit of creativity.

Etsy came about as a way for me to save my family from drowning in my creative outlets. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I get pretty manic about making things. I find something that inspires me and I'm like, "I want to make that!" and with the hyper-focus of a celebrity-obsessed paparazzi, I make that - and then, because I can't do just a little bit of anything, I make way too much of what ever it is.

My biggest Etsy challenge is balance. I have a very active family with too many hobbies and we do a lot of traveling and playing - I also have a full time day job that pays for all that playing and traveling and creating. I'm also not so great at the details of Etsy, like taking pictures and actually listing all those creations.

The one thing I have in spades is gratitude. When someone thinks enough of something I made to buy it, I make sure they know I'm thankful. I treat everyone like I want to be treated and my hope is that when they receive their goodies in the mail, they feel like they're getting more. I would love it if they felt like I was sending them a gift.

I support ADCD by doing my best to create gift-worthy handmade goodies using better quality ingredients that I, myself, would be proud to give and excited to get.

It makes me happy to know I made something that made someone else happy. I welcome your feedback - Good, bad or indifferent - I truly want to know how you think I can do better. If you're not happy with something, please don't hesitate to convo me and let me know.

I absolutely despise large companies that tell me, "It's our policy" to do or not do the right and fair thing by it's customers. I will never respond to someone with an explanation of policy being the reason I can't help.

***My main policy is courtesy and fairness.*** My intention is to treat every single customer with both.

Payment
I accept PayPal and Direct Checkout. They're just the easiest, safest methods of payment at this time.

Feel free to use your credit or debit card via Direct Checkout or PayPal - You don't even need a PayPal account. If you need help with any part of that process, please contact me and I'll be happy to assist you.

Payment is expected upon purchase. I must regretfully cancel transactions which have not been paid after three days.

For local Idaho sales, the State requires that I charge 6% sales tax. (I know. I pay it too and I don't like it either.)
Shipping
I will always use the least expensive shipping method unless you request a faster method. We both want your goodies to arrive just as quickly as possible!

I use USPS or Fed Ex - Please convo me for international or expedited shipping quotes.

I ship within two days of receiving payment unless the item's description specifies the need for a longer time frame so I can create or customize your order.

International buyers are welcome! Please convo me for more accurate estimated shipping costs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

If using USPS, Please permit at least two weeks for delivery. Overseas customers please permit at least 3 weeks.

I am always happy to ship directly to a gift recipient, but I must insist upon delivery confirmation. This is free with FedEx. If you choose USPS shipping to a gift recipient, please add $2.00 USD to cover the cost of delivery confirmation fee.

Please make sure your PayPal address is correct. If your PayPal shipping address and Etsy shipping address do not match, I will wait to ship the item until you have confirmed the correct address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're unhappy with any aspect of your purchase from me - I want to know! Please contact me so we can work something out to our mutual satisfaction.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my creations are one of a kind, made by my hand, one at a time.

It's unlikely that I will be able to recreate anything I make, exactly the way I made it before - I'll try, if you ask - but neither of us should expect much in that regard.

I LOVE the challenge of a custom order - You can expect much communication from me because I want to make sure I understand and can give you what you want.

Communication is VITAL when it comes to internet purchasing. I'll let you know I received your order and I'll let you know when I ship it and about when you can expect it to arrive.
