Creating for sanity!
I started making wreaths to decorate my boring, white front door. The outside of the house needed dressing up and the store bought wreaths cost too much for something I didn't love. I started small. My door, the kid's sitter's door, family, friends and eventually co-workers and strangers. I took a leap after a few months of selling to friends and family and started my shop.
Now that I have started, I don't want to ever stop! This is what makes me happy. Being creative and crafty is who I am. I love learning new ways to do things, perfecting the designs I already have and working with others to design their perfect design.
What started as simply yarn wrapped wreaths and perfecting that art, has blossomed to working with many mediums. My favorite is the burlap lately. I love how I can take a simple base of burlap and change it for any holiday, season or reason!
This shop makes me proud of what I am doing. Seeing happy customers enjoying my art is amazing. I never saw myself as business person, but now that my store is blossoming and growing I am so proud that I took the leap to bring my creativeness to Etsy!
My goal is to bring unique, custom wreaths, wall décor and centerpieces to people at a decent price and it be a piece no one can get in a store!
