Refunds are not accepted, exchanges are allowed within 15 days of purchase (not of receiving). A store credit will be issued on the return of the merchandise once I have the jewelry back safely and have accessed the condition as the same before the transaction.

I stand behind every piece of jewelry I make, so if anything should happen due to construction I will take care of the repair.

I also offer alterations only to fit. If you need a piece a bit longer or shorter once you have tried it on just send it back for this adjustment. I do not change the design, only custom fit as needed. Each ADORN by Samouce jewelry design is handmade and engineered with fit and balance in mind. Each body and neckline is unique so please contact me for adjustments. I want you to enjoy wearing your jewelry over and over again.

Additional policies and FAQs
FAQ, "Where do you find all your antique and vintage pieces?"

I spend a great deal of time and travel researching for the most unique pieces. High quality and old work workmanship is a high priority. I travel the US, and go on buying excursions to London and Europe. I get my hand dirty at country flea markets, out of the way antique shops, estate sales, and antique shows. True treasure hunting.

I then spend endless hours researching each items period, history, craft techniques and trend to share with you the amazing details of each piece.

FAQ, "Do you design custom jewelry pieces?"

Yes, I can create a one-of-a-kind design specific to your taste or special event. You are welcome to send me you own vintage treasures to work into an original ADORN by Samouce design with each step of the creation collaboration. I will put together several concept options (un-assembled) and when we have finalized the design I will give you the price of which one half is due to start the work with the remaining half due when I send photos of the finish piece before shipping.

FAQ, "Can I see your work in person? Do you do shows?"

Please visit my web site, to see a list of Event Dates and trunk shows.

FAQ, "Do you sell wholesale?"

Yes, please contact me for more details, minimums and your retail shop information. I research each retail opportunity to make sure we are a good fit.

FAQ, "Do you offer consignment?"

No, consignment is too complicated to manage.
