BUYER BEWARE. I bought the snuggle babies for a baby shower that I was hosting, I had high hopes cause they look so cute. Dana was prompt with answering my questions or requests. I was delighted that my order arrived earlier than expected. However, I was very much disappointed when I opened the box, cause 20/30 baby faces were melted. It was horrible and devastating, I was too ashamed to give them out as favors. I immediately sent Dana a message asking her for help, I was desperate! She never replied nor cared. It would have been better if she gave me an option of either picking it up, meeting halfway or overnight delivery, I wouldn't mind spending more money or driving just to make sure that my favors arrive safely. The favors were shipped on a Sat and I received them on Mon,the ice pack was not enough to keep them from melting

We DO NOT except responsiblity for any lost or damaged packages during shipping of orders. Tracking and insurance can be purchased at the expense of the buyer. Please inform me if you would like to add these items at the time of purchase so they may be added to your total. Any damaged or broken items must be reported within 24 hrs. Of receiving you package and require a photo as evidence of broken item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will fully refund your payment EXCLUDING shipping charges. Items must not be used or damaged and is returned in it's original packaging. Request for refund MUST be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. We DO NOT except responsibility for any lost or damaged packages during returned shipping.
