Shaping My Dream, One Step At A Time.

I was born in a small city moved to a smaller town and grew up very fast. I lived on my own since a young age, and have always had many dreams and aspirations in mind! Now i live in a big city.

I have always been a creative person whether it be drawing, painting, writing, creating, ect and it runs in my family. I decided to give designing a shot seeing as how my grandmother does it fairly successfully, and thus began the idea to open my own online store.

I have a sleep disorder called Narcolepsy, and it affects me and my life greatly every single day! For this fact i am unable to work a normal job and am entirely self-employed, and i love it but it does not really bring in the money as of yet. I run alot of Narcolepsy support groups, and am a Narcolepsy Advocate and Activist.

I am absolutely influenced by dark, gothic culture and horror movies. Styles that inspire me; Vintage, Renaissance Era, Horror, Obscure, Dark, Gothic Culture and History, History, Geography, Interests, Hobbies of Mine, Literature, Sleep Disorders, Hallucinations, Dreams, Nightmares, Night Terrors, Photography, Ellen Von Unwerth.

Currently we are accepting payment methods using Etsy's Credit Card Processing System, Gift Cards, or Bank Transfer. We are hoping to expand our Payment Methods in the future.

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days upon receiving payment unless otherwise discussed.

Commissioned pieces are shipped upon two business days after completion and i will let you know the estimated time until i will ship out to you, as it would depend on each piece that would determine the date and this may vary. Please message me for more details, upon seeking a custom order.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post, usually but not always by Air Mail. Please be aware that i have not added to the shipping costs to include a tracking number in your purchase, and if you would like to upgrade your purchase to track your order and it's current destination, you will need to purchase that separately at time of order, due to the prices going up on Canadian shipping especially with packages now, thank you.

How can I track my order?

Items are shipped through Canada post using the standard regular service. shipping prices have gone up in Canada for packages so i am unable to add a tracking number with each order unless purchased along with your items at time of purchase for my store to be able to include a tracking number for your convenience so that you are able to track the destination of your order. If you would like to have your order received in a faster time frame, feel free to contact us for additional postal charges for expedited shipping with tracking number!


Wait Time:
- Basic Date Of Expected Delivery 1-2 weeks Business Days (All orders unless otherwise discussed and paid for in advance, or over seas).
- Expedited Date Of Expected Delivery is within 4-5 Business Days (unless over seas)


Wrapping & Special Occasions**:
*I offer special Event & Holiday packaging, which would and can include specially wrapped, without price tag, or receipt (this can be sent to you via email if the receiving address is the giftee. I can include confetti, a small note within the safely and decoratively wrapped gift, if this is the case please give me 2 or more colours you wish for a combination of these things to include and a personal greeting or message you would like me to add. This does however come at an extra $15.00 charge, though i do not mind doing this, and one of my specialties is creative packaging. *Please be sure to let me know prior to the expected date of delivery, and Message me here on Etsy BEFORE you place your order, to confirm i am able to do so and i can create a custom etsy listing to suit your needs!*

**Please note that if you are purchasing your order for a special event or occasion and it is needed prior to a 2 week delivery date, you SHOULD purchase an expedited delivery to ensure that it is on time for when you would like to have it by.**

Every transaction is different, depending the status of your order or shipment, your location, and all details thereof. If you are wondering about a specific item, PRIOR to purchase please be sure to email me with your request. If you have already purchased the item and are simply wondering about my Policies, please read this section & message to inquire further.**

If you have already ordered the item, and no longer want it, prior to you receiving it. I am sorry but we do not do exchanges or refunds in this case. Please be sure that before you go ahead with checkout that you are certain you want the items of interest, and that you are aware of the cost of item total and shipping expenses listed. **Note, if you think you want something but are unsure of sizing, colour, or any thing else i am able to be contacted prior to placing order and answer any of these for you, to prevent a situation like this.*

Additional policies and FAQs
Do you Reserve or Hold items?

No unfortunately i no longer hold or reserve items for any order, due to the lack of people who actually come back to complete their purchase. I am sorry but i do not have interest in holding or reserving items any longer. However depending on each item you are interested in, there is a chance i could create a custom listing for you for a commissioned piece, either of the same item or something similar depending on each individual item, but please be sure to be detailed when messaging me about a custom request to ensure it is something i am able to do before placing your order.


Do you do Custom Orders? Or take Inquiries & Suggestions?

Yes, i will always be happy to fulfil any inquiries, or custom orders that i receive when able. I love to make all of my customers happy! I get many custom orders or requests, and will actively work towards doing many more in the future! I have made pieces for plus size as well, and do not discriminate no matter what the customers size and or specifications are.


Handling:

Orders are shipped with Canada Post, usually by Air Mail. We package with care, and lots of consideration before shipping! We do our best to make sure, that your order is properly packaged, shipped, and delivered on time in great condition.
However, accidents do happen, though very scarcely. We do our best to make sure that each customer and each transaction is met to a customers needs. We treat each customer as it is our only, and we will help out with any problems that might be encountered.


Packaging:

We be sure to package each and every purchase, and order safely, carefully, and with much consideration. We try to maintain a good image, and not only are we happy with orders, but we show great appreciation when orders are placed.

Each item is packaged differently, with care. We pay attention to the safety of your product when packaging, as well we make it look pretty before we send it out, by wrapping it in nice paper, and leaving a thank you note, among other things. This comes at no extra cost to you, for regular packaging.

Why are there no new items in your store?

If you don't see any new items in my shop, that is because i am currently working towards building a better shop, and creating better layout, or that i am in the middle of designing.


How often are new items posted?

I list stuff as i make it, i have many jobs that keep me busy, being a designer is only one of them! So i am very sorry, if i am unable to produce new products as often as you wish, but I do the best i can and will hopefully soon be able to produce more items and at a faster pace.


What are the sizes your shop offers?

I make custom pieces so in that retrospect i am able to make almost any size requested, but within reason, this could potentially depending on how much fabric or materials is used, could affect the pricing of the purchase. When making items for purchase, i try to include accurate sizing information for each product as accurately as possible, giving you an idea on if the piece would be suitable to best fit the size you are looking for.
