At AGlimpseFromthePast we deal exclusively in Vintage items that are beautiful and yet functional. There were many things made from the early part of the last century to now that will never be made in this country again. We collect and love these things and like to share them with others. Because all of our items are vintage, many of them will exhibit gentle and loving wear. For this we will not apologize or make amends.

However, we will not intentionally list any item that is damaged or broken. If for any reason we have missed anything, or if anything is damaged during shipping we ask that you forward pictures of the damage to us. If we feel that your claim is legitimate, and if we have a duplicate, we will replace your item. We will refund your money If we do not have a replacement. We will not refund shipping charges unless we have misrepresented the item.
If you are not happy with any aspect of the deal we ask that you Convo us before you leave Negative Feedback. Please do not email us or try to communicate in any other way than an Etsy Convo. If you Convo us we will try to work with you so that you are happy at the end of the deal.

We accept payment by Paypal and Direct Checkout. However, we will also accept a cashier's check or Wal-Mart money order. We will not ship until the check or money order has cleared. We expect payment within five calendar days of your purchase.
Many of our items are very delicate. We will generally double-box these items. Accordingly, this will occasionally cause shipping to be expensive. Please check our feedback and see how our customers are very happy with the way things were packaged and shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will not replace an item or refund your money unless you provide pictures of the damage that will sustantiate your claim. We will not refund your money if the tracking number says your package was delivered and you claim otherwise. If the Post Office says they delivered your package we can do nothing else, our obligation has been completed. We will be more than happy to work with you if you have a legitimate claim.

Our goal is to provide you with what you have paid for, and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you cannot abide by our policies, PLEASE do not puchase from us. We are only doing this for fun because it is one of the few things that our health will allow us to do. Please do not ruin our fun.
