When will my order ship?
The time needed to prepare your order may vary from one item to another. Some items we keep in stock, some items are made to order. Your order receipt will give you an estimated shipping date. You can expect you order to ship on or before the date stated on your invoice.
I need my order rushed. Is that an option?
Yes, in most cases, we can rush your order for you. Please message me after you place your order and it will be moved to the top of the queue and ship within one business day. This does NOT include upgraded postage so keep that in mind when ordering. You may want to upgrade shipping as well.
My order says it was delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Often times USPS will mark an item as delivered and it will show up in your mailbox a day or two later. If you do not believe this is the case, double check in and around your mail box, your porch, with neighbors and with your mail carrier in person if possible. You may log onto USPS.com and file a claim for a missing package.
