AJWforever's Shop Announcement

Bridal Jewelry for your Wedding along with Colorful, Unique and Elegant One-of-a-kind Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings and Watches are found here.

I produce a variety of styles in a wide range of prices. Perhaps an asymmetrical necklace or a watch will catch your eye. I hope my designs reflect innovation and enduring appeal. Most people say "Elegant!" when they see my pieces.

You may appreciate knowing that my production studio is both pet-free and smoke-free.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the visit!

AJWforever's Shop Policies

Thank You for visiting my jewelry shop. All of my pieces are made in a smoke-free and pet-free studio. If you need any more information than what I have provided on either an item or shipping, please click on "Contact Shop Owner" or "Ask a Question".

I accept PayPal and major credit cards through Direct Checkout. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards.

(North Carolina residents will be assessed sales tax at your county's tax rate to comply with the law.)

*** Multiple items purchased in the same transaction from my shop will enjoy reduced shipping charges. These are shown on the "Cart" page. ***

All ONE-OF-A-KIND items already made and posted in my shop will be shipped within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of my receiving your payment.

Most of my Bridal and Bridesmaids selections can be made and shipped within 1 week. However, if your order contains many items or I have to order some materials for your pieces, it can take 4 weeks turnaround time. I encourage you to communicate with me about your needs as I really want to accommodate people if I can.

I usually ship via USPS First Class unless your country requires a different delivery format. First Class shipping within the US typically takes 2-5 business days.

International Orders usually take 1-2 weeks but can take as many as 12 weeks, sometimes being held up at Customs. Please be mentally prepared for that as a possibility. This is something over which I have no control.

Items shipped to addresses within the US will include Delivery Confirmation. I will provide you with a tracking number in my email confirming when I shipped your item(s). I may also choose to insure your package at my own expense if it is not something I can reproduce easily.

I would be happy to ship my jewelry to any country where it is legal. But since SOME COUNTRIES RESTRICT what jewelry can be imported (yes, even gemstones, certain metals, etc.) THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for checking his/her country's regulations.

The BUYER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE for any CUSTOMS DUTIES, VALUE ADDED TAXES or IMPORT FEES. Please educate yourself on what to expect in the way of such fees so that you are not surprised. Since the laws differ from one country to the next, there is no way for me to know the regulations of each country.

All other goods

If you order purchased goods other than alcohol, tobacco, perfume and toilet water from a country outside the EU then you:
• don't have to pay Excise Duty
• may have to pay Customs Duty on goods with a value that exceeds £135
• will have to pay import VAT on goods with a value that exceeds £15

Note that on all goods from outside the EU, Customs Duty is waived if the amount of duty calculated is £9 or under.

Refunds and Exchanges

Except for custom made items (those designed through consultation between buyer and seller), you may return your purchase at your own shipping expense.

Please observe the following, when returning:

1) I ask that you contact me within 3 days of your receipt of the item (the date on the delivery confirmation). Perhaps I can make an adjustment to the piece that will address your concern.

2) The item must be unworn and returned in the original packaging.

3) I must receive the item back within 7 days of our communication.

4) I will refund the purchase price (minus the shipping paid) within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

If your satisfaction can be achieved by a slight adjustment of some nature, don't hesitate to contact me to ask if it's possible. Sometimes it is, and sometimes not, depending on the particular construction of the piece. I'll do my best to accommodate you.

My pieces are made to last a long time. Some pieces, however, (such as those containing fine-gauge precious metal findings and/or crystals) are of a delicate nature and require careful handling by the user. Just be sensible. I cannot be responsible for carelessness (or a baby pulling on it, etc.) but will stand by my workmanship. In the unlikely event that something comes apart, please contact me and the appropriate resolution will be determined, based on the circumstances. I am very accommodating by nature, but within reason.
