I can accept requests for items but if I can't get the yarn, material, etc. then I won't be able to make the items. Also, if I do make an item that is requested than you have to purchase it unless I say otherwise. Once I have started a custom order then I can't refund any money that has been paid for it so make sure it is what you truly want.
All orders including custom orders must be paid for at the time of order.
I ship my knit items via Priority Mail and it is reflected in my shipping costs. Outside the country and my eyeglass cases and photographs are generally shipped via First Class. All USPS. If you need overnight service then I will have to charge you accordingly.
I refund if I have charged you too much for shipping. If I make the error in calculation and don't charge you enough then I eat the additional shipping costs.
If an item is returned to me by the postal service and the address used is what you have requested, then I will have to charge you to resend the item. I will contact you if I receive something back.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will only refund money if I have overcharged for shipping. If an item has been damaged in shipping I will need for you to show proof by sending the whole package back to me.
I try to make sure that I do not send an item to you that has any problems with it. I have ripped out rows of knitting if I find a mistake and I do not send items with obvious mistakes in them. If you discover a serious mistake in something I have sent you, please contact me and let me know.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I take pride in what I make and sell. Everything is hand made by me. The only thing that is not done by me is the actual printing of the photos and note cards. I take all the photos and I take the time to go in and edit each one so that it is the way I want it to look. After this is done, I send the digital photo to be printed.
