Frequently asked questions
Are hook and loop fasteners save? I have a harness with click closures. I don’t want my cat to escape and get lost.
I can assure you that we use strong hook and loop fasteners in our harnesses, so they are safe for cats. Also we make harness by your cat's measurements so harness has a good fit (cat feel comfy and don't want to escape).

My kitten is 2 months old. May I order Allcatsgood harness for him now or should I wait till he grows up?
We recommend using our harnesses for kitten 6 months and older.
For the kitten's comfort, the best way is to order a harness of his current measurements (I will add some length for the fact that he will grow), and when he grows up simply order a new harness of the appropriate size.
How to change a wrong shipping address on an order?
If your item is Not Shipped yet, you can contact us to update your address on the order or cancel your order. You can then re-order the items with the correct shipping address.

Can I leave a cat outside in a harness unattended?
Please never leave your cat unattended outside. Jackets are not designed for the cat to be left outside unattended whilst attached to something.
Care instructions
1. First you need to clean the item nicely from the both sides with a brush or a lint roller to remove cat hair.
2. Please, close all hook and loop fasteners so that they do not damage the fabric during washing.
3. If there are some stains on the woolen harnesses, use special detergents for colored wool and delicate fabrics.
4. Wash it in the washing machine using delicate mode (not hand wash it) water up to 30 degrees Celsius.
5. I recommend drying them on the horizontal surface so they won’t lose shape.
Where are you take the leather for the harnesses?
The main source is second-hand stores and flea markets. There are lots of jackets and coats which are not wearable because of damages, but still are perfect as a sewing material. We clean and use this leather for the harnesses.

Can you make harness for dog?
I make harnesses for cats only.
Dogs have another fit, so they can feel uncomfortable in Allcatsgood harnesses and it can be not safe for dogs.
My cat goes outdoors by himself sometimes and I would like to keep the vest on him, is it safe?
This is not safe. Harnesses can be used only walking cats under supervision. I'm using strong velcro and the harness has escape proof design, so cat who goes outdoors by himself won't be able to escape if the harness get caught somewhere. Please never leave your cat unattended outside!
