RETURNS POLICY
You may return new items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund ONLY if the item is damaged or wrong item. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping cost. If an item is returned and determined to not be in resalable (used, soiled, washed, ripped or torn) condition a refund will NOT be issued and the item will be returned at the customers expense.
All our pieces are handmade, for that reason, we will refund only 50% of the order if you decide to return the piece, that way we will not affect the artisans who were involved in making the item.
