Hand Made with True Love

My biggest passion is making clothes. If I could, I would spend every minute of every day in my studio sewing, beading, crocheting, printing, cutting, imagining, and making my daydreams come to life.

For many years I had an established fashion business. It began with several one-off pieces and grew to large collections that I showed in London and Paris Fashion Weeks. I sold my designs in over 15 countries worldwide. These included some of the most prestigious shops in the world, like Harrods and Selfridges in London, and Neiman Marcus in Los Angeles. Selfridges displayed my items in their window front, alongside Vivienne Westwood, Balenciaga and other international designers. A few years ago I even opened a boutique of my own.

But I was spending such long hours overseeing large production lines, that I barely had any making-time in the studio. I gradually realized that my wonderful piles of fabric had turned into heavy piles of paperwork.

I decided to make a huge change in my life. I left the big fashion world business and got back to my real love of designing and hand crafting unique items.

To stay true to my passion I make everything myself from start to finish in my studio, recently with the help of my wonderful seamstress, Myriam. Almost all items are one-of-a-kind, or else in very small quantities. In the winter I crochet, and in the summer I love to use lace and African print cottons. I hand print and embroider fabrics, use vintage trims and buttons, and combine colors, prints, and textures to give each piece a personal story. I put a huge emphasis on high-quality finish.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased, please contact me within three days of receiving your purchase to receive an exchange or a refund.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Custom-made items, sale items and items altered by special request are non-refundable.
Refund / exchange will be issued after I receive the garment in its original condition. There may be a 10% processing / restock fee.

Please consult me by e-mail before shipping items back, to receive my shipping address. If returning an item, please write on the package itself "returned goods."
Payment
Payment is via PayPal. PayPal is safe and very easy to use.

You may use your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. When you click the "pay now" button you will see a credit card payment option.

Orders are processed once payments have cleared. Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy profile (not the PayPal address) unless you request otherwise by e-mail or in the "Notes to Seller."

Shipping
Standard shipping is done via registered mail and can take up to 21 business days from the date it is shipped. I make each and every item myself, and it can take up to 10 business days to prepare before being sent out.

To get your order faster, you can upgrade shipping at the checkout for a small extra sum.

If you require even faster shipping, express delivery is also available, please contact me for a quote.

The order will be shipped to the address on your Etsy profile unless specified otherwise.

In cases where the package is kept at the customer's local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item. No refunds shall be issued for non-collected items.

Please note that I have no control over customs procedures: On rare occasions you may be charged customs fees according to your country's rules and regulations, or delays due to customs keeping a package. These are not covered in your Etsy purchase, and are out of my control. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: How long is shipping time?
A: It can take up to 10 business days to prepare your order. Orders arrive within a maximum of 21 business days from the date it is shipped. Most deliveries arrive much earlier than that.

Q: Is there a possibility for faster shipping?
A: Yes, you can add the shipping upgrade (expedited shipping) at the checkout, available for many countries.

Q: Is there a possibility for express shipping?
A: Yes, if you require faster shipping, express delivery is also available, please mail me for a quote.

Q: What does "one size" mean?
A: "One size" items are suitable for all sizes up to US-14/ UK-18/ EU-46.

Q: What should I do if I want to purchase more items than the quantity listed?
A: Please contact me and if possible I will accommodate your request.

Q: What should I do if my size isn't listed?
A: Please contact me and if possible I will make your size.
