AMOK products are hand made or hand finished, using high quality materials which are found or repurposed locally. With a DIY Make-Do-And-Mend approach, the aim is to create unique designer objects which blend the traditional reliability of old school craftsmanship with a contemporary flair.

Due to the nature of hand made items, no 2 products will be exactly alike. Ready to Ship items are represented as accurately as possible through the pictures provided within listings as well as its description. Colours may vary from screen to reality depending on your browser / computer's resolution, we try to depict the colours of our products as accurately as possible through pictures as well as words.

Unless otherwise stated, most items are customisable. Simply contact us to create a custom order.

We hope you enjoy your new AMOK product as much as we did making them.

Payment
Full completion of payment is expected upon purchase. If you wish to reserve an item, you may do so by contacting us in advance. We will then reserve the item for you for a maximum of 2 days, however we reserve the right to refuse requests for reservations.

We only accept payment via PayPal / debit / credit card.
Shipping
All deliveries within UK are made using RoyalMail. Items will take between 1 - 4 working days to arrive after despatch. Items will not be trackable or insured in this option, but tracking and insurance is recommended and is available upon request at a small added fee. Simply let us know before buying so we can update your shipping charges.

Unless otherwise stated or requested, we ship all our international items using regular AirMail via Royal Mail. Items shipped in this way will not be trackable or insured, but it does mean that the cost of shipping is reduced significantly, allowing us to keep our retail prices down.

Tracking is recommended and is available upon request at a small added cost, and you may do this by contacting us in advance, prior to checking out with the item you wish to purchase. Items with tracking will be sent via AirSure, which is a signed-for service that is insured and is also usually quicker than the regular AirMail service.

Please consult the RoyalMail website to see estimated delivery times for AirMail / AirSure. On average, depending on how far the destination is from London, UK, international packages can take up to 21 working days to arrive using AirMail, and 14 working days max using AirSure.
Refunds and Exchanges
'Ready to Ship' items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if returned within 7 days of receipt. Items are expected to return in their original saleable condition and / or packaging, as we reserve the right to refuse a full refund otherwise.

Due to the nature of hand made 'Made to Order' items, custom ordered / bespoke ordered products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please be sure of sizes / colours / materials before buying to avoid disappointment, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions

By purchasing from us you agree to the terms listed in our Shop Policies, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for items in the unlikely event that they should go missing in the mail. This is why we strongly recommend that you request insurance and / or tracking, so that you may be able to monitor your item's journey from us to you at all times.

If you have requested tracking / insurance and your item still never made it to your doorstep, we will be happy to issue you a full refund, as we will be covered by said insurance.

We keep all proof of postage as well as any additional tracking information if available, you may request copies of these if necessary.
Additional policies and FAQs
General Product Care & Cleaning

AMOK pieces are hand made, and so deserve a little bit more TLC than the average product. Unless otherwise stated, please keep products away from water, rain, beauty products to avoid discolouration / tarnishing.

Leather can be easily cleaned using anti bacterial wipes before being left to dry. Leather polish / protection sprays can be easily found in most convenient stores, you may use these on our leather products to help preserve the natural goodness of your AMOK product.

AMOK accepts wholesale / consignment orders on a selective basis. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
