The quality of the specimen is some of the best I’ve seen! The positioning of the octopus is perfect and it was packaged to arrive safely. 10/10!!

5 out of 5 starsI cannot rave enough about this package. From the quickness of delivery, to the secure packaging, all the way to how thoughtfully everything was put together. . . I’m absolutely in love. I left a note saying that I love snakes and would really like to have one that needs a little extra love, and the seller went above and beyond adding one in with a little extra padding. When I opened up each item it felt like it was packaged with so much love that my heart was filled to the brim. Of all the boxes I’ve ordered from this site, this has been my favorite. 100000/10, I’ll be ordering from here again.

I had just lost my beloved cat the day I saw this lil guy on your etsy shop and it felt like fate for me to buy him as I always wanted a diaphonized specimen so not only did I get him he was a kitten too.

If you would like to refund an order, you must contact me.
If a refund is approved, please send the item back in the original condition.
I will refund the order minus the cost of the shipping label.
Shipping
Unfortunately etsy does not have a system to link address change messages to orders. If your address was entered wrong, you need to cancel the order, and repurchase with the correct address. That is currently the ONLY way you can make address changes.
If you provide the wrong address and the item is sent there and never forwarded or returned, I can not provide refunds or replacements.

Occasionally things get broken in the mail. Items inside mystery boxes are limited in number. I usually won't have an identical item to replace it with, so you might have to pick someting else.
