5 out of 5 starsStunning vellum sleeves, packaged well with no creases / tears to any of the paper!! She included a super sweet note with the sleeves. I absolutely love them! Would definitely purchase from this seller again :)

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer rush shipping?
All orders will be processed in the standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in my shop, and these items will be processed in 1-2 business days (NOT counting the shipping time). For the actual shipping speed, you can select your desired shipping rate at checkout! The Rush Order Fee is for the production timing only.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
Do you take custom order requests?
Yes, I take custom order requests! Just message me by clicking "Contact" under my profile picture and we'll make your vision come to life!
My order says it's been delivered but I don't see it, what are the next steps?
It is an unfortunate reality that the shipping services may mistakenly deliver your order to the wrong address, please allow for a 24-hour grace period to see if it arrives and if your order is still missing after 24 hours, please contact me!
USPS refused to mail my envelopes with the 3D seals attached to the outside. Will you offer me a refund?
We try to do our due diligence in specifying disclaimers in each of our 3D wax seal listing descriptions to advise best practices. Given the unique nature of the 3D seals, they are best utilized inside of envelopes when mailing with a standard postage stamp OR if chosen to adhere to the outside of envelopes, we advise protecting the original envelope by placing it into another slightly bigger envelope. As we have outlined the best practice mailing methods, we do not offer refunds if USPS refuses to mail your envelopes. Thank you for understanding!
Do you accept coupon codes sent out from your shop for custom orders?
Unfortunately, given the more complex nature of custom orders, we do not accept any discount/coupon codes even if the codes are sent to you from my shop.
