Our products are MADE TO ORDER.
We begin making orders once the payment has been completed. The time of production varies depending on the size of the order, but usually it's about 5-10 business days. Please contact us if you need a rush order. We try our best to complete all orders on time.
Ready-to-ship items within 3 days time excluding weekends.
Items are shipped to the address of your Etsy account, please make sure that the address is correct before buying.

Standard Shipping - we ship with Priority Air Mail.
Lithuania: 2-5 days
European Union: 7-14 days
Elsewhere: 14-21 days, in rare cases up to 5 weeks.
Express Shipping - we ship with DHL Express.
The items can also be shipped with worldwide express shipping for faster delivery. It takes 3-6 days depending on your location. If you would like to use express shipping as your delivery method, please let us know your exact address and telephone number before purchasing.
If you don't see the DHL Express Shipping method to select when ordering, please get in touch with us and we'll try our best to ensure that the package arrives as fast to you as possible. We'll contact you with the shipping price and duration.
You can always contact DHL if you have questions regarding your shipment.

Sizing details
Please take note of the individual size of the items in the description. If you want a different size, please let us know before purchasing.
2 types of bow tie:
1 - One size: 40-42 cm (~16 inch) around the neck. Self tie bow tie.
Can be made in different sizes, please feel free to ask before purchasing.
2 - Adjustable from 38 - 51 cm (15"-20"). Self tie batwing bow tie with a hook closure. Once tied, you can take it on/off without tying again
Our neckties are ~5cm (~2inch) wide at widest point and ~147cm (~58inch) long.
Size of pocket square: ~30x30cm (~12x12 inch).
Care instructions
The items can be hand washed and dried by putting them down horizontally. You can iron them with a hot iron by pressing lightly. Use a thin cloth between the product and the iron.

Production time depends on the size of the order. Usually, after we take care of the details, production takes 1-2 weeks.
Shipping:
Standard Priority Air Mail takes 1-2 weeks to Europe, up to 3-4 weeks elsewhere.
Express shipping takes 3-6 days depending on your location.
Returning items purchased with the Free shipping
Standard shipping is free for some items. But if you return a part or the whole order, the restocking fee of 7 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
